FREE In-Store Pickup
Please choose our FREE In-Store Pickup shipping option if you are in the Omaha, NE or Des Moines, IA (Clive) metro area and can pick up your order from our 120th & Center St location in Omaha or at 9999 University Ave in Clive. Please allow 1-3 business (week) days from the time you place your order for us to have your order ready before coming in to pick up your order. You will receive an email that your order has shipped meaning that your order is ready to pickup.

Returns/Exchanges

Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items may be returned to NobbiesParties.com for an exchange or for a full refund of the purchase price. Please ship the items back to with a copy of your receipt to the address below. Please contact us if you have any questions.
We can accept returns and exchanges on most products that are unopened, unused and in good condition within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on worn merchandise or items that are seasonal, on sale, specially marked or otherwise identified as non-refundable are not eligible for return or refund. The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances: Masks, Wigs, Hats, Make-up, Customized Banners and Candy. Costumes can be exchanged for another size only. The customer is responsible for shipping the items to us and we will cover shipping charges back to the customer for exchanges. To help with the fit of the costume, please use our Costume Standard Sizing Guide. But keep in mind that every manufacturer is slightly different so these are averages and may run small.
If paid by credit card, a refund will be issued to the same account credit card charged. If paid by check or money order, a check will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable on general returns and exchanges. We will, however, reimburse for shipping on defective, damaged or mis-shipped items provided the return is sent to us via UPS Ground or Parcel Post.

Product Assortments
Please be aware that when ordering a product that says assorted, you don't get the whole assortment. You will be sent only one of the items shown unless the item specifies a number of units (ex: 3pk). You can specify a preference in the order notes during check out. We will try to get you your preference but we can't guarantee it.
Coupon/Discount Codes
Please read all stipulations closely. Any minimum dollar amounts listed are always before tax and shipping. One coupon per person. Coupon Codes are only valid online at NobbiesParties.com unless otherwise stated. Not valid on any previous purchases.
